Attention Students Interested in Dormitory Accommodation for the First Semester of 93-92

The registration time for the dormitory is from 92/06/16 to 92/06/25.

A: Registration Steps:

1- Download, print, and complete the student information and commitment form from the Qom Industrial University website, dormitory affairs section, dormitory forms section by new students (based on dormitory capacity) and complete the dormitory accommodation application form by returning students.

2- Download and print the dormitory introduction form and submit it to the education office for registration confirmation.

3- Visit the dormitory affairs office with the approved form.

4- Upon approval from the dormitory affairs office, deposit the dormitory accommodation fee into account number 2178983501000 and the accommodation deposit into account number 0107974621008 of Bank Melli, Qom Industrial University:

5- Submit the payment receipts for accommodation and deposit along with the introduction form to financial affairs for final confirmation.

6- Submit the completed financial form to the dormitory affairs office and receive the dormitory card and introduction letter to the dormitory.

B: Required Documents to Form a Dormitory File for New Students (if capacity exists):

1- Copy of all pages of the birth certificate and copy of the national ID card (front and back).

2- Four passport-sized photos.

3- Official copy of the ownership document or rental agreement for the residence or one of the utility bills (water, electricity, gas, telephone).

*Note:

1. Dormitory accommodation for new students will be based on priorities established by the dormitory affairs office. Therefore, please confirm the availability of space with the dormitory affairs office before making any payments.
2. Due to limited dormitory capacity, accommodation will be based on the order of application, and registration will cease once capacity is reached.
3. If applying after the specified deadline and space is available, the accommodation fee will include a 10% penalty.
4. Students requesting temporary accommodation (one night per week) may pay the total accommodation fee at the beginning of the semester and will receive a 20% discount.
