Qom Industrial University intends to lease its cafeteria and publishing division to qualified individuals.
The requirements for applicants are as follows:
1- Applicants have the opportunity from Tuesday, September 24, 2014, until Sunday, September 30, 2014, to visit the university's nutrition department to inspect the student cafeteria and the university's publishing location, as well as to submit their proposed prices.
2- The duration of the contract will be from October 1, 2014, to March 31, 2015, spanning a period of nine months. The cafeteria's working hours will be from 7 AM to 7 PM, and any changes to these hours will be coordinated with the university's student affairs office.
3- A bank guarantee amounting to 10% of the total proposed contract value for the proper execution of work and commitments will be collected at the time of contract signing, which will be returned after the contract ends.
