Student Health Monitoring Program for Incoming Class of 92 at the University

The health monitoring plan for the 92nd cohort of students at Qom University of Technology is being implemented.

The physical and mental health monitoring plan, specifically for new master’s degree students at Qom University of Technology, will be carried out.

According to the public relations department of Qom University of Technology, Mr. Nasiri, the head of the counseling center of the student affairs office, stated: "Considering the emphasis from the Ministry of Science’s counseling center on the implementation of the monitoring plan, this section is regarded as one of the stages of registration for new students. Thus, attendance from all 92 cohort students for participation in the health monitoring plan is mandatory."

He noted the background of the plan's implementation in previous years: "The health monitoring plan has been executed annually in two segments—physical and mental health—for students of the same year. However, this year, based on the announcement and emphasis from the Ministry of Science, the plan will cover all day and night students."

The head of the student counseling center at Qom University of Technology emphasized: "The staff of this center will conduct the health monitoring of students by completing their files and providing the specified admission dates for each individual during the registration and document submission days for new students."

Nasiri added: "The goal of holding this plan is to establish a baseline of student health and to monitor student issues until they are resolved."

He further noted: "In addition to monitoring the physical and mental health of the 92 cohort students, educational workshops, time management, and academic planning will also be conducted in the early months of the academic year."
