Conditions for Benefiting from Student Accident Insurance for the Academic Year 94-93
Eligible Participants: All students enrolled in the academic year 94-93 according to the list provided by the Education Office
Table of Commitments for Student Accident Insurance Covered by Day Insurance:

 Application Process:
1-   Preparing the required documents for each of the above commitments
2-   Obtaining a referral letter from the Student Affairs Department
3-   Submitting completed documents to the Day Insurance representative no later than 45 days after the occurrence of the accident by the student
 Documents for Medical Expenses:
1-   A detailed report of the incident prepared by the relevant authorities (police station, law enforcement, etc.). For minor accidents, a description of the incident by the university is sufficient.
2-   A certificate from the first medical authority that the insured visited immediately after the occurrence of the accident.
3-   Original copies of all invoices and medical expenses related to the incident
