The first round of elections for the trade council

Students are hereby informed that the first election of the Welfare and Guild Council of Qom University of Technology will be held on December 19, 2012, thanks to the efforts of the Student Affairs Department of the university.

The Welfare and Guild Council is established to enhance student participation in decision-making, planning, and monitoring the manner of service provision to all students.

The main duties and areas of activity of the Welfare and Guild Council are as follows:

1. Service and welfare affairs such as store operations, publishing, transportation, loans, health center, sports, informatics, library, nutrition, dormitory, public health, and prayer room equipment and supplies in coordination with the relevant institution, etc.
2. Assisting in identifying eligible students who wish to benefit from welfare services
3. Holding Q&A sessions for students to exchange views with officials within the defined duties

All dear students are requested to actively participate in the elections to witness the formation of a strong Welfare and Guild Council for collaboration in addressing the welfare issues of students.
