Important Announcement Regarding Evening Student Loans for the Second Semester of 2011-2012

The deadline for submitting loan applications is from 25/11/90 to 10/12/90. Applications will be registered only if funding is announced by the Student Welfare Fund.     

  Note One: Guarantee documents will be accepted if a qualified guarantor is introduced as per the new circular, along with the commitment document prepared on A4 paper and complete documentation.

Note Two: Applications will be prioritized for those applicants who present complete documents on the specified dates. In case of limited funding, priority will be given to students who have not yet benefited from the welfare services of the Student Welfare Fund.     

Note Three: Applications from students who have outstanding deficiencies in their documentation from previous semesters will not be considered. 

Note Four for Married Students: Submission of a copy of the marriage certificate, a copy of the spouse's birth certificate, and information regarding the spouse's status (dependent, employed, living in another city) is mandatory.                                                                                                                     Thank you - Student Affairs

 

Required Documents for Obtaining Student Loans for the Evening Students Semester Two, 91-90:

  1. Completion of the loan applicant information form for evening students
  2. Completion of the loan application form
  3. Having a qualified guarantor according to the new circular (as stated on the university website and bulletin board)
  4. Submission of a commitment document notarized by one of the official notary offices in the country
  5.  Submission of a copy of the latest employment decree  and the most recent pay slip of official and contractual government employees for guarantee purposes
  6.  Guaranteeing other mentioned requirements in Circular 16707/1/130 dated 2/9/90 of the Welfare Fund with submission of a copy of the latest employment decree and salary deduction certificate is approved.
  7. Copy of the student's birth certificate
  8. Copy of the national ID card
