Notice Regarding Dormitory Allocation for the 2011-2012 Academic Year

1. Congratulations on your success in the National Entrance Exam of 1390. It is hereby announced that due to limitations in dormitory spaces, accommodation will be prioritized for daily female students, and if possible, additional accommodation will be provided for male non-local daily students as well. Therefore, this university has no obligation regarding the allocation of dormitories to all accepted students.
2. Dormitory allocation and other welfare matters (nutrition, transportation, etc.) will not be prioritized for evening students.
3. Delivery of dormitory accommodations to eligible students will occur after the completion of the relevant forms and the payment of accommodation fees and dormitory deposits based on the type of educational field, simultaneously with the start of the university's academic calendar.

1. The possibility of using dormitories for guest and evening students is not prioritized.
2. Allocation of dormitories to male students entering in 87 and 88 will be possible based on GPA prioritization if dormitory capacity is limited.
3. Allocation and delivery of dormitories to eligible students will be carried out after reviewing the histories of the applying students and obtaining confirmation from the dormitory supervisor, financial affairs, and the university's property guardian.
