Notice No. 3 Regarding the Conditions for Obtaining Student Loans from Qom University of Technology: Dear students applying to create a file for obtaining a student loan, it is essential to study the new guidelines for the payment and repayment of student loans and to be aware of the conditions for the guarantor or guarantors meeting the guarantee conditions, to present a qualified guarantor and a student commitment document in accordance with the specified rules and regulations as detailed below: 1-The student commitment document must be prepared accurately and legibly in one of the official notary offices according to the draft announced by the Welfare Fund and must be registered. It is evident that if the submitted commitment document does not comply with the provisions of the announced document, a new commitment document must be prepared for the purpose of obtaining the loan. 2- The beneficiary of this document is solely the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, and its details cannot be changed. Required Documents to Submit to the Student Welfare Office of the University of Study are as follows: 1- The original commitment document prepared by one of the official offices of the country 2- A salary deduction certificate or a certified copy of the guarantor's license or activity permit, or a written guarantee certificate from the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA) 3- A copy of the latest employment decree of the guarantor or guarantors Note: Students who have submitted a commitment document before the announcement of these guidelines, if their commitment document suffices for the guaranteed loans stipulated in these guidelines, do not need to submit a new commitment document.
