Registration conditions for the Shahid dormitory in the second semester of 93-92:
1- The registration period will be from 12/11/92 to 23/11/92.
2- Dormitory registration will be based on the suggested roommate list.
3- Students can either visit the Student Affairs website (Dormitory Affairs Forms section) or in person at the Dormitory Affairs office to obtain the dormitory introduction form and the roommate form.
4- The priority for registration and room allocation will be based on the chronological order of submitting the roommate list to the dormitory office.
(Those who come with the completed list will have priority in the selection of their room)
5- Incomplete lists for room selection will be prioritized based on the number of members in the list with completed registrations. Obviously, the responsibility for room capacity completion lies with the Dormitory Affairs office.
6- List members should visit the Financial Affairs office after transferring the dormitory fee to confirm their payment receipt. It is evident that the completion of the list, according to the Dormitory Affairs office, is based on the confirmation of all list members by the Financial Affairs office.
7- Students wishing to register individually can obtain the individual registration form by visiting the university website. It is understood that the accommodation for these students and room allocation will be the responsibility of the Dormitory Affairs office.
8- The accommodation fee in the Shahid rented dormitory is 3,500,000 rials for daytime students and 5,000,000 rials for evening students, which should be transferred to account number 2178983501000 at Bank Melli Iran in the name of Qom University of Technology.
9- Students requesting temporary accommodation in the dormitory should complete the temporary accommodation form and submit it to the Dormitory Affairs office.
10- In the event of full dormitory capacity and delays in registration, the Dormitory Affairs office will have no responsibility regarding student accommodations.
