The special health treatment insurance plan for daily and evening students, as well as their spouses and children, who are not covered by other health insurances
The annual premium per person is 1,353,600 Rials (monthly 112,800 Rials)
Required documents and notes:
1- A copy of the first page of the birth certificate

One passport-sized photo with a noted back

Students applying can deposit 50% of the above amount into the university's account and utilize the student insurance loan (Welfare Fund) for paying the remaining premium.

Students applying can register with the above documents at the university’s student affairs office from February 5, 2013 to February 9, 2013.

The validity date of treatment offices for students applying for health insurance for the second semester will be from the beginning of February until one year from that date.
