The Qom Industrial University successfully held computer football competitions (PES) for the first time in the province.
According to the university's public relations: The final of the computer football tournament was held on Tuesday, 30/02/93, with the efforts of the student affairs management and the physical education department at Qom Industrial University.
This tournament was held with the participation of 96 players over six stages and was very well received by the students.
In the final stage, Mr. Asghar Ahmadi and Saeed Sadeghi competed against each other, with Asghar Ahmadi becoming the champion of this tournament.
Mr. Morteza Paymazd from the physical education department stated that the aim of holding this tournament was to increase the enthusiasm and joy of the students and to positively channel their energy. He added: Among the future programs of the university's physical education department, based on the students' interest and requests, is to host a computer football tournament (PES) among the universities of the province at Qom Industrial University.
