The first session of the University Guild and Welfare Council was held.

According to the university's public relations department: The first meeting of the Student Advisory Council was held on Saturday, 93/10/6, with the presence of Dr. Karimi, the Vice President for Student Affairs, and the main members of the council.
In this meeting, Dr. Karimi referred to the Student Advisory Council as a supportive arm for the university and added: By dividing work and forming various committees, we can better review the perspectives and demands of students and plan accordingly for their follow-up. The university officials also support the activities and programs of this council by allocating budget to the Student and Welfare Council and holding monthly meetings.
The Deputy for Student Affairs emphasized the increase of enthusiasm and vitality among students, stating: To enhance student vitality, chess and half-price swimming pool tickets have been made available to students, and new sports equipment such as table tennis, foosball, and volleyball nets have also been purchased, which will soon be available for student use.
Finally, during the elections held, Mr. Mohammad Mousavi was elected as the secretary of the university's Student and Welfare Council.
