Announcement of the Time and Conditions for Registration for Student Loans from the Welfare Fund and Alavi Foundation (Second Semester 95-94, Daytime and Evening Programs)

Special Loans for Day Students: Educational-Housing-Nutrition-Essential-Marriage Housing Deposit-Ziarat-Outstanding Talents-Special Cases-Nutrition-Marriage-Additional Insurance– Alavi Foundation Loan  (conditional on providing a salary deduction certificate from the guarantor addressed to the Welfare Fund for Students of the Ministry of Science)

Special Loans for Second Round Students: Tuition- Ziarat - Alavi Foundation Loan (conditional on providing a salary deduction certificate from the guarantor addressed to the Welfare Fund for Students of the Ministry of Science)

The deadline for submitting applications for various loans is from   94/11/17 to 94/12/10.

Note: Submitting a loan application on the student portal of the Welfare Fund website (www.swf.ir) electronically in addition to submitting the application form to the university's student affairs is mandatory.

 Documents required for loan application for day and evening students:

Providing documents from item 1 to 9 is essential for students who are applying for a loan for the first time.

1-  Complete the loan specification form (this form is designed separately for day and second round (evening) students.)

2-  Complete the loan application form (this form is designed separately for day and second round (evening) students.)

3-  Complete the Alavi Foundation loan application form for day and evening students applying for this loan (upon providing a certificate of salary deduction from the guarantor addressed to the Welfare Fund for Students of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology)

4-  Copy of the student's national ID card

5- Copy of the student ID card

6- Open and declare a bank account number at Tejarat Bank (preferably a youth account) in the name of the student (special for day students and evening students applying for the Alavi Foundation loan)

7-  Provide a notarized obligation document with a valid guarantor (official employee, contractual employee, or retired employee, provided that they provide a certificate of salary deduction addressed to the Welfare Fund for Students of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology). Note: The guarantee of a retired employee is not acceptable for receiving a loan from the Alavi Foundation.

8-  Provide a copy of the latest personnel decree and the salary slip of the guarantor

9- Copy of the student's birth certificate

First note: Guarantee documents (on A4 paper) will be accepted if a qualified guarantor is introduced and complete documents are provided.

Second note: Priority in reviewing applications will be given to applicants who come with complete documents on the specified dates, and in the case of limited funds for recording applications, prioritization will occur.    

Third note: Applications from students who have deficiencies in their application documents from previous semesters will not be reviewed.

Fourth note: (Documents for married students) Providing a copy of the marriage certificate - copy of the spouse's birth certificate - spouse's status determination (dependent - employed - living in another city) is mandatory.

Fifth note: (Documents for marriage housing deposit loan) Certificate of marriage and official lease agreement with a tracking code in the student's name (rental home in Qom)

Sixth note: (Documents for housing loans for single students who do not reside with their family and do not reside in dormitories): An official lease agreement with a tracking code in the student's name (rental home in Qom)

Seventh note: Considering the increase in the ceiling of educational loans for married male students with children, providing documents related to marriage and children's birth certificates is mandatory.

Eighth note: It is essential for day students applying for housing loans who reside in university dormitories to get their loan application signed by the dormitory supervisor.

Conditions for receiving an Alavi Foundation loan, if funds are available: Providing a salary deduction certificate from the guarantor (official, contractual, or temporary employee of government agencies) addressed to the Welfare Fund for Students of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology - Having an average of 14 - Providing a Tejarat Bank account number - The amount of the Alavi Foundation loan for students (day and evening) is 6,000,000 and 8,000,000 rials respectively.
