According to the public relations office of the university: The book "Nanotechnology in Plants; Principles and Methods" written by Chitranjan Kole, Dr. Sakti Kumar, Maria V. Khodakowskaya, has been translated by Dr. Nadia Mahmoudi Kheir, Dr. Zahra Nazem Bakaei, and Dr. Khadijeh Kiarostami, esteemed faculty members of Alzahra University.
This book examines the concepts of nanotechnology in plant sciences, particularly its potential to enhance food and agricultural systems. The improvement process is carried out through environmentally friendly creative approaches, resulting in increased productivity of plants. The topics covered in the book include various aspects of nanomaterials, including biophysical and biochemical properties, treatment methods, diagnostics and quantification methods, quantitative analysis of nanomaterial absorption, and their transportation and accumulation in plants.
