Announcement on the Acceptance Procedure for Ph.D. Students (Ph.D) at Qom Industrial University - Semi-Centralized Ph.D. Exam for the Year 2022

Congratulations to the candidates who were selected in the first stage of the specialized Ph.D. exam at Qom Industrial University. This is to inform you that Qom Industrial University will accept Ph.D. students in Mechanical Engineering - Applied Design for the academic year 2022-2023 from among the selected candidates provided by the Educational Assessment Organization of the country, according to the conditions and regulations outlined in the executive acceptance procedure for Ph.D. students  and the directives of the Educational Assessment Organization through specialized evaluation, interviews, and academic record reviews.

The initial registration will be conducted electronically, and candidates must fill out the personal information form along with the required documents of this form (as a compressed file) from Tuesday, 02/03/2022  to Wednesday, 10/03/2022  to the university's postgraduate email addresses below.

Please present the original documents during the interview.

It is clear that candidates whose documents are incomplete at the time of submission will not be interviewed.

Important: Candidates must regularly check the Mechanical Engineering Faculty website for possible changes at https://www.qut.ac.ir/fa/mech/frontpage  or refer to the university's channel in the "Baleh" messaging app at qutnews@.

Key Points:

1. The interview for candidates will be conducted in person only.
2. Electronic registration for the interview is mandatory, and all candidates must register on the specified dates by sending the necessary documents as a compressed file to the postgraduate email. Otherwise, they will be disqualified from participating in the interview.
3. The examination subject of the candidate must match their field of graduation. Otherwise, the candidate will not be allowed to participate in the interview.
4. Achieving the required score in phase two of the exam (oral interview) is mandatory according to Section 10 of the executive procedure for the Ph.D. entrance exam for the year 2022 by the Educational Assessment Organization.
5. The accuracy of the information in the electronic registration is the candidate's responsibility. If at any stage of the admission process or even after being accepted into the university, it is determined that the provided information contradicts the actual information, the candidate's admission will be canceled, and actions will be taken in accordance with the regulations.
6. Esteemed candidates must pay an admission registration fee of 1,300,000 Rials via the electronic portal below as per the university's board of trustees' resolution.
