The 9th Provincial Fanous Festival will be held by the General Directorate for Preserving the Works and Publishing the Values of Sacred Defense and Resistance of Qom Province, with the participation of Qom Municipality's Cultural and Sports Organization, the Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Foundation of Qom, the General Directorate of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Qom Radio and Television, and the Qom Regional Electricity Department.
