The Student Affairs Organization has announced the commencement of the student transfer process. Accordingly, applications for transfer or guest study submitted by eligible Shahed and Isargar students through the Sajad System will be accepted from May 20, 2026, until June 21, 2026.
Eligible Shahed and Isargar students may submit their applications by visiting the Sajad System at https://portal.saorg.ir no later than June 21, 2026. Applicants are required to complete the initial registration, fill in the personal information form, and complete the Transfer and Guest Study Services section for Shahed and Isargar students. After submission, applicants will receive a tracking code, which can be used to monitor the status of their application through the same portal.
Please note that applications submitted outside the Sajad System will not be accepted or processed.
