**Support for Graduates and Final-Year Students Preparing for Graduate Entrance Examinations**

Support Program for Graduate Entrance Examination Candidates

(For Shahed and Isargar Graduates and Final-Year Students)

This program is intended for Shahed and Isargar graduates and final-year undergraduate students applying for Master's degree programs, as well as final-year Master's students applying for Ph.D. programs.

Pursuant to the Executive Guidelines for Supporting Graduates and Final-Year Students Applying for Graduate Entrance Examinations (2025), the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs provides educational and counseling support to eligible applicants with the aim of enhancing their academic preparedness and increasing their chances of success in the Master's and Ph.D. entrance examinations.

Eligible Applicants

The program is available to final-year students and graduates of Bachelor's and Master's degree programs who belong to one of the following categories:

  1. Spouses and children of martyrs.

  2. Veterans with a disability rating of 25% or higher, and their spouses and children.

  3. Former prisoners of war (freed veterans) and their spouses and children.

Available Support Services

Each eligible applicant may receive support for only one of the following services, subject to the approved funding allocation:

  1. Financial assistance for preparatory courses offered by accredited educational institutions.

  2. Financial assistance for purchasing study materials and reference books related to graduate entrance examinations.

  3. Financial assistance for graduate program selection counseling.

  4. Financial assistance for counseling services related to the Ph.D. interview stage.

  5. Financial assistance for participation in internationally recognized English language proficiency examinations (such as IELTS).

Payment Procedure

Financial assistance is provided only up to the approved funding limits and does not cover the full cost of the selected course or service.

Payment will be made directly to the applicant after submission of an official invoice issued by an accredited educational or counseling institution.

February 19, 2026 (30 Bahman 1404)

Maximum Financial Support

The maximum educational and counseling assistance is 20 million Iranian Rials (equivalent to 2 million Tomans). The amount is determined based on the applicant's academic degree and cumulative GPA.

Bachelor's Degree Applicants (Applying for Master's Programs)

  • GPA 18.00 and above: 1,600,000 Tomans

  • GPA 16.00–17.99: 1,200,000 Tomans

  • GPA 14.00–15.99: 1,000,000 Tomans

Master's Degree Applicants (Applying for Ph.D. Programs)

  • GPA 18.00 and above: 2,000,000 Tomans

  • GPA 16.00–17.99: 1,500,000 Tomans

  • GPA 15.00–15.99: 1,200,000 Tomans
