As part of efforts to enhance practical knowledge and familiarize students with real engineering projects, a scientific visit was organized for Civil Engineering students to a deep excavation project with a depth of 20 meters. The main objective of this scientific visit was to strengthen the connection between theoretical concepts and practical applications, improve students’ ability to analyze geotechnical problems, and familiarize them with real-world construction processes in civil engineering projects.
Students also had the opportunity to visit different sections of the project, raise technical questions, and receive professional explanations from the instructor and project staff. The program was well received by the students and played an effective role in enhancing their technical knowledge and preparing them for professional practice in Civil Engineering.
