💢 Meeting between the Head of the Industry Relations Office of the University and the Director of Training and Research of Industry, Mine, and Trade of Qom Province
According to the Public Relations Office of Qom University of Technology, a meeting was held on April 14, 2025 (Farvardin 25, 1404) to explore joint capacities and collaborations between the university and industry. The meeting was attended by Dr. Bahrami, Head of the University’s Industry Relations Office, and Mr. Mohandes Nasiri, Director of Training and Research of Industry, Mine, and Trade of Qom Province.
In this session, Dr. Bahrami elaborated on the capabilities of Qom University of Technology, highlighting its scientific and research achievements, research statistics, patent registrations, and various projects undertaken by the university. He emphasized the significance of the provincial industry and mine sector acting as an effective intermediary between industries and the university and discussed necessary strategies for strengthening this connection.
Mr. Mohandes Nasiri stated that there are opportunities for effective cooperation and partnerships between the university and industry in initiatives such as the Technology Assistant program, career guidance, and research projects, particularly in the areas of the apparel industry, provincial souvenirs, and handicrafts.
Both parties also underscored the importance of utilizing existing supportive laws and regulations related to research and knowledge-based enterprises to create further avenues for joint collaboration and the development of industry and technology within the province.
