Considering the announcement of the results of the 360-degree evaluation, a question and answer session was held with the presence of the members of the Executive Board, categorized by fields and departments, on the dates from 2023/12/25 to 2023/12/30 in the meeting hall of the presidency. In this meeting, the members of the Executive Board acknowledged that the evaluation spectrum varies depending on the clients that each field or department encounters. Furthermore, colleagues expressed their suggestions and criticisms regarding the evaluation process and, in some cases, the nature of the questions. The opinions of the colleagues were documented to improve future 360-degree evaluations.
