With the launch of the student physical and mental health monitoring program, all students across all levels of study are required to complete their physical and mental health assessment records.

🔹 The physical and mental health assessment is completed through a unified process; upon successful submission of information, a tracking code will be sent to the student via SMS.
🖊 Completing the physical and mental health assessment record is mandatory for all students.
This program applies to:
▫️ Newly admitted students for the 1405–1406 academic year
▫️ Students admitted in 1404 and prior years
