Notice No. 2 – Schedule and Procedure for Online Registration of First-Stage Accepted Candidates of the Semi-Centralized PhD (Ph.D.) Entrance Examination for the Academic Year 1405

With congratulations to the respected candidates who have been accepted in the first stage of the PhD Specialized Entrance Examination, it is hereby announced that:

• Online registration and document upload will be carried out from Monday, 28/02/1405 to Monday, 04/03/1405. Candidates must refer to the registration link and upload their documents accordingly. In case of failure to complete registration within the specified deadline, participation in the interview will not be possible under any circumstances.

• The schedule of in-person interviews will be announced later through the university website at www.qut.ac.ir. Interviews will be held in person and only once for each candidate. Failure to attend within the specified time frame will be considered as withdrawal, and no re-scheduling of interviews will be possible.

• Form No. 1 (Personal Information Form) must be completed and uploaded.
• Required documents according to the guideline file must be uploaded in a single ZIP file.
• Uploading the payment receipt in the online registration system is mandatory. The payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. The only method of payment is online payment through the payment link.

After finalizing the registration, no editing of information will be possible.
