According to the public relations of the university: Qom University of Technology achieved 13th place nationally in holding the skill enhancement courses for the year 1400.
According to the annual report of the Research and Technology Vice Presidency of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Qom University of Technology succeeded in securing 13th place nationally in conducting skill enhancement courses for the year 1400 among universities, research institutes, and higher education centers in the country.
Despite the outbreak of the Corona virus over the past two years, thanks to student scientific associations and the Office of Industry Relations, the organization of skill enhancement courses at Qom University of Technology has shown a positive trend. In the past year, 98 skill enhancement courses were held, of which 90 courses were conducted virtually.
Furthermore, in line with training effective and capable specialized personnel, the organization of these courses has been aligned with labor market needs through appropriate interactions between the university and industry.
In order to enhance the effectiveness of skill enhancement courses, the Office of Industry and Entrepreneurship Relations at Qom University of Technology, through formulating the executive protocol for the internship program with some industries in the province, has been able to create opportunities for students to work during their studies, along with necessary training provided by industries. This office, with the approval of the University Education Council, has organized standard 24-hour engineering courses for free, aimed at familiarizing students with the standards related to their field, specifically for applicants of internship units in the summer of 1400.
