In extending my greetings and congratulations on the year 1403 of the Solar Calendar and wishing for the acceptance of the deeds and worship of esteemed colleagues, and with hope for a leap in production through public participation, the Industrial University of Qom made significant strides this past year toward its noble goal of the glory of Islamic Iran, based on community building and the advancement of Islamic civilization, thanks to the dedicated efforts of professors, staff, and students, and the support of officials. Some of the university's achievements include elevating its rank by 22 places among universities in the country in 1402, entering the Scimago international ranking system, attaining the third rank in the country for the employment of undergraduate graduates, achieving the seventh rank for the employment of master's degree holders, securing the third rank for per capita activities, obtaining the fourth rank in the number of cultural activities, achieving the fourth rank in organizing specialized courses, gaining the fifth rank for running vocational training courses, achieving the eighth rank in hosting specialized conferences and joint events with industries and executive organizations, securing the sixth rank in study opportunities between society and industry, launching a growth center affiliated with the Qom Science and Technology Park in 1402, supporting around 20 technology units in the province's technology ecosystem, introducing two of the most cited scientists at the global level, bringing the Journal of Mathematics and Computational Sciences into the list of scientific publications of the Ministry of Science, and selecting one of the professors' research projects as the distinguished project at the Ministry of Science. Therefore, I sincerely appreciate the efforts of all of you esteemed professors, staff, and students who have laid the groundwork for this remarkable array of achievements and congratulate you on these advancements. I extend my greetings and gratitude to the honorable governor, the hardworking representatives of the holy city of Qom in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the esteemed Minister of Science, the respectful Deputy Minister, the esteemed head of the ministerial office, the respected deputies and advisors of the Minister, the esteemed members of the Board of Trustees and the Committee of Experts, esteemed managers, and dedicated officials at the provincial and ministerial levels who have contributed to the growth and excellence of higher education in the country through their unparalleled service and jihadi actions. Additionally, I wish to express my gratitude and appreciation for the diligent and sincere efforts of the university's management team, especially the Head of the Office of the Supreme Leader's Representation at the university, the respected deputies and managers who have worked tirelessly to ensure the university is on the right path of growth and advancement. I hope the new year, which coincides with both the spring of nature and the spring of the Qur'an, will bring a year full of spirituality and success for the esteemed people of Iran, especially the academic community.
