Registration Procedure for Master’s Degree Students Admitted in the Year 2022
We congratulate and wish success to the students accepted in the master’s entrance exam for the year 2022. Please be informed that the registration for newly admitted students at Qom University of Technology is only available electronically, and in-person registration has been canceled.
Therefore, please ensure to complete all the items listed below and follow the registration process until you receive the results.

Before entering the Qom University of Technology website for registration, please scan the items listed below (as they are required for uploading during registration).
  • Image of all pages of the national ID card and birth certificate.
  • Image of a 4*3 full-face photo with a white background taken this year (size 263*649 or smaller, with a file size of about 25 kilobytes).
  • Image of the original bachelor’s degree or a temporary certificate for a bachelor’s degree and if you do not have the degree, the GPA form and Form 3 (commitment form for graduation).
  • Image of the original associate degree or a temporary certificate for an associate degree if available.
  • Images of assessment forms should be filled out as needed and uploaded. (You can receive the assessment forms from this section Assessment Forms . Form number  4 is mandatory for all full-time students and should be uploaded. The remaining assessment forms should be filled and uploaded if they match the applicant's condition.)
  • Image of the military service completion card or exemption, if available.
 
After scanning all the above items and filling out the related forms, please visit the address below and complete your online registration.

Note 1: To enter the online registration system, your username, national ID, and password will be your birth certificate number.
Note 2: The national ID must be entered completely and as a 10-digit number without dashes and spaces (if the national ID and birth certificate number start with a zero, it may not be necessary to use the leading zero while entering the site. Please try both ways, with and without the leading zero).
Once you enter the online registration system, ensure to complete all registration steps and upload all related forms (which you have previously scanned and mentioned above) in your section, and at the end of the online registration section, click the submit option.
After submitting your online registration, an SMS will be sent to the student's entered mobile number. (This will occur only if your SMS advertisement system is activated).
Subsequently, in the following days, the university’s education experts will review the information submitted by applicants, and if the student’s registration request is approved, an SMS confirming the online registration, including the student ID, will be sent to the student’s mobile number. If the application is rejected, an SMS indicating the deficiency in the file or rejection will be sent to the applicant, who must revisit the online registration link, complete and resubmit any deficiencies. Students who do not receive a student ID can view their ID after the university has approved their application on the online registration link. Therefore, applicants should not worry about not receiving an SMS.
 
Attention: If you do not click the submit option for review (the last step after final approval), the request will not be sent to the graduate studies expert, so registration will not be completed.
 
Attention: If there are deficiencies in the file, the registration request will be returned, and the deficiencies must be corrected by the student  and resubmitted. (If you do not have a bachelor’s degree (or an associate degree if available) and the GPA form with the student's stamp and signature, the registration request will definitely be rejected).
All male students should refer to the following channel in the Bale messaging app for military service arrangements.  Failure to complete military service arrangements will result in their registration being canceled.

 Important Note: Students who have completed military service or are exempt should visit their student portal (ERP system) under the request forms section - other requests - submit Police Form +10 and attach their card image. Please do not use the attachment option.

Note: Submission of documents is required in the first week of the start of classes.
The student is required to visit the university archives office in the first week of class commencement with the following documents:
  • Three 4*3 full-face photos taken this year
  • Original or temporary certificate of bachelor’s degree
  • Original or temporary certificate of associate degree if available
 
Date of the start of classes for master’s degree students admitted in the year 2022 begins on Sunday, 18/09/2022.
Important Notice: The university will complete the course registration for the new admitted students. Therefore, students should check their registered courses in their student portal (ERP system) under the confirmation form section.
 
Notice to students accepted without the entrance exam for exceptional talents at the master’s level.
  • Exceptional talent students should carry out all the above steps as per the announcement.
  • Those accepted without the entrance exam for exceptional talents must complete the following documents on the day of in-person registration for general qualification review and submit them to the university's education department (graduate studies expert).

It is worth mentioning that the issuance of the student ID will subsequently be announced through the official channel of the university on the internal messaging app "Bale" or by contacting internal 125 at the university.
