According to the announcement of the National Headquarters for Combating the Coronavirus, and the declaration of the absence of students and the suspension of educational activities at Qom University of Technology next week (from March 10 to March 17), while continuing administrative activities at the university, please pay attention to the following points:
1- Given the interruption of in-person educational activities next week, faculty members may coordinate and conduct their classes online.
2- Considering the reduced presence of employees (from 9 AM to 12 PM), to compensate for this decrease in working hours, university administrators are expected to maximize the use of remote working capabilities by defining specific tasks and activities for the relevant experts and faculty members to prevent delays in executing assigned matters, with a portion of activities conducted remotely.
3- In the event that staff members request to take daily leave, the university managers and assistants will cooperate accordingly with the employees.
4- Maintaining sanitary matters, including avoiding handshakes and physical contact, respecting physical distance, using gloves and masks, ensuring proper ventilation in rooms, etc., is mandatory for all individuals present at the university.
5- Attendance of employees will be recorded without fingerprint registration and shall be noted by the university's security department.
