According to the university's public relations office, based on the employment monitoring plan for university graduates by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Qom University of Technology has achieved remarkable success by obtaining top rankings in the area of employment and industry relations.According to statistics announced by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Qom University of Technology has achieved a third place ranking with an employment rate of 87% for its bachelor's graduates, and a seventh place with an 88% employment rate for its master's graduates in the year 1402 among universities in the country. Additionally, Qom University of Technology secured eighth place nationally by hosting 30 specialized conferences and joint events with universities, research institutes, and higher education centers in the country, in collaboration with industries and executive organizations in the year 1402.Qom University of Technology attained fourth place among universities, research institutes, and higher education centers in the country by holding 311 specialized courses. The fifth rank awarded to Qom University of Technology in the index of conducting the most skill enhancement courses among universities in the country in 1402, with the organization of 345 effective skill development courses, is another achievement of this university.It is worth mentioning that the employment monitoring aimed to assess the employment status of graduates over five consecutive years from 1397 to 1402. Accordingly, universities, research institutes, and higher education centers in the country have been activated since 1397 to monitor the employment of their graduates, and in addition to collecting relevant information about the employment of their graduates, they have taken steps to analyze the data and plan their educational programs to improve the employment status of graduates.
