3) It is necessary for students who are applying for a loan for the first time to first register their personal information on the mentioned site, and after submitting the necessary documents for loan processing, including a copy of the national ID card, a copy of the student ID, the original guarantee document (notarized commitment), a copy of the guarantor's salary slip, employment warrant, and the bank account number of the Trade Bank for full-time students, to refer again to the website of the Welfare Fund to submit their loan application.
