He continued: "Considering the presence of young faculty who are graduates of the best universities, a very good opportunity has been provided for the scientific and research growth of the students. Given that the characteristic of fourth-generation universities is entrepreneurship, students must think about entrepreneurship and job creation from the very beginning. Therefore, the most important need for students in this area is skill acquisition; Qom University of Technology has created a suitable environment for research and inquiry by establishing a branch of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps University, holding free and virtual training sessions, and supporting startups through the Beta Club."
The President of Qom University of Technology stated: "The university is not the goal itself but a means to achieve a goal. One of the biggest objectives for us Iranians is the advancement of our country. Hence, we must first prepare ourselves so that we can become excellent future-makers for our beloved country. Undoubtedly, under the current conditions, students should not be one-dimensional; they must be multi-dimensional. A well-rounded student must excel in scientific, cultural, religious, and ideological aspects."
Furthermore, Dr. Karimi, the Deputy for Student and Cultural Affairs, considered the primary mission of students to be the acquisition of knowledge. He regarded collaboration, participation, and engagement of students in associations, clubs, and organizations, the Basij, and others as very important, adding: "Such participations not only enhance scientific and cultural capacities but also teach life skills and social relationships to students."
The Cultural Student Deputy of Qom University of Technology stated: "The Student Guild Council is the watchful eye and attentive ear of the students regarding welfare and guild issues, so maintain close contact with the Guild Council to express your suggestions and criticisms."
