Before visiting the Qom University of Technology website for registration, please scan the items listed below (as these items will be necessary for uploading during registration).

Note 1: To access the online registration system, the username is the student number, the national code, and the password is the applicant's identification code.
Note 2: The national code must be entered fully and 10 digits without hyphens and spaces (if the national code begins with zero, it may not be needed to enter the leading zero when accessing the site, so please try both with and without the leading zero).
Once logged into the online registration system, please complete the registration process and upload all required forms (that you previously scanned and mentioned above) in the appropriate section and click on the submit option at the end of the online registration section.
After submitting your online registration, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided by the student. (This will occur only if your SMS advertising system is activated.)
Furthermore, in the following days, the university's dedicated education staff will review the information sent by applicants. If the student's registration request is approved, an SMS will be sent to the student's mobile number confirming the online registration along with the student number. If the request is declined, an SMS will be sent outlining the deficiencies in the application, and the applicant will need to revisit the online registration link to complete and resubmit any missing information. (It should be noted that due to the workload of the university department and the high number of new students, the confirmation of online registration requests may take up to two working days. Thus, students can check the status of their application from the same online registration link.)
Students who have not received a student number can view their student number after their request is approved by the university in the online registration link. Therefore, applicants need not worry about not receiving an SMS.
All male students (students who are 18 years old and do not possess a military service completion certificate or permanent exemption) whose online registration has been completed and have received their student code via SMS or through the registration link should sequentially complete the following steps.
Step One: Initially, log in to your student portal at www.erp.qut.ac.ir using your student number as the username and your national code as the password (the national code should be tested both with and without the leading zero) and complete and submit the form for military service exemption for eligible students from the section of requested forms - Other requests.
To understand how to fill out the above form, please pay attention to the following points:
- Students accepted in the Master's program do not need to fill out the section for Diploma and Pre-University or Secondary School.
- The start date of study should be stated as 1399/07/30.
Step Two: Print the military service exemption form for eligible students from the letterbox section and visit your local police facilities plus 10 with your educational documents (the original bachelor's degree document for accepted master’s degree students) to receive your military service exemption form.
Step Three: Upload the image of the military service exemption form received from the police facilities plus 10 in the section requested forms - Other requests, Police Plus 10 form and send it.
Important Notes:
1- Students who possess a military service completion certificate or permanent exemption do not need to complete Step One and should simply upload and submit an image of their military service completion certificate or permanent exemption in the Police Plus 10 form submission section.
2- Students who have not turned 18 should contact the following numbers by phone.
3- For any questions or ambiguities during working hours, please contact the conscription officer Mr. Hatami via phone at 36641601-025 extension 202.
Sending documents via express mail by the student
Students must send the original documents listed below via express mail from 99/09/01 to 99/09/20.
1- Three photos (4*3) full-face taken this year
2- Original or temporary certificate of the Bachelor’s degree
3- Original or temporary certificate of the Associate’s degree, if available
4- Original military service exemption letter received from conscription authority
It should be noted that if the above documents are not sent, the registration will not be finalized. A confirmation SMS will be sent to the student once the documents are received by the university’s education department.
Attention to accepted students without entrance examination of exceptional talents in Master’s program
- Students of exceptional talents must carry out all the above steps according to the announcement.
- Accepted students without examination of exceptional talents must complete the following documents for public eligibility verification and submit them to the university’s education department (graduate studies specialist).
A) Public Qualification Form (original version "accompanied by a color photo").
