In line with enhancing students' capabilities in the areas of business-related skills and personal development—skills that students should ideally acquire during their studies—it is essential, in addition to some of these skills gained through educational and research assistant programs and many capabilities developed during the completion of their theses, that students receive training in entrepreneurship, teamwork, commercial knowledge, and leadership in technology and innovation. The "Technology Assistant Program" is organized to address this need. This program has been planned under the guidance of two institutions: the university and science and technology parks in each province. The Technology Assistant Program is structured to purposefully guide students' learning towards practical application and gaining hands-on experience, aiming to create a community-oriented, responsive, and entrepreneurial university. It also strives to instill motivation, hope, and a dynamic educational mindset in students, with the goal of training specialized personnel.
