According to the university’s public relations; the Student Affairs and Cultural Department has taken 24/7 measures since the outbreak of the coronavirus to ensure the health of students, the most important of which are:
1 - Creating a calm and stress-free environment for the peaceful evacuation of student residences in coordination with the student guild council and university officials.
2 - Disinfecting student residences and closing them.
3 - Monitoring regulations, decrees, and recommendations issued by higher authorities.
4 - Monitoring related activities in other universities in the virtual space.
5 - Providing students with access to cancel reserved meals.
6 - Following up on student affairs and responding to students through virtual space in cooperation with the student guild council.
7 - Halting the activities of catering, transportation, cafeteria contractors, etc.
8 - Virtual communication with scientific associations, student organizations, and collectives to follow up on affairs.
9 - Equipping the health center with disinfectants and medical supplies.
10 - Strengthening mental health counseling for students online.
11 - Coordinating and collaborating with the student guild council to create a peaceful atmosphere among students.
12 - Canceling disciplinary council meetings and special case review commissions, considering the necessity of student presence in disciplinary council meetings.
13 - Maximizing responsiveness to students via phone, virtual systems, and email for receiving specific documents to complete student loan applications.
14 - Emphasizing public health compliance for staff and students.
15 - Advising the use of disinfectants like hand gel and wearing masks and gloves when staff are present at the university.
16 - Canceling all intra-university sports competitions for staff and students.
