He added that officials should critically address shortcomings and deficiencies while familiarizing the younger generation with the accomplishments of the Islamic Revolution.
He referred to the words of the Supreme Leader, who says: "Wherever you are in this world, consider that place as the center of the universe and be aware that all activities are directed towards you," and added: When we hold any position, whether as officials, managers, or experts, we must perform optimally to secure the inevitable advancement of the system.
The president of Qom University of Technology mentioned that this university, with 2,000 students, 57 faculty members, and 23 fields of study at the undergraduate and graduate levels, is one of the 23 industrial universities in the country. Given the strategic geographic location of Qom Province, which is considered one of the main transportation corridors in the country, as well as its proximity to industrial towns such as Shahre Kord, Ghadir, and Hasanabad, and the Salafchegan free trade zone, Qom University of Technology plays a significant role in addressing the industrial challenges faced by Qom.

Activities such as holding Maturity programs under the "Maturity Tuesdays" initiative, Quranic competitions and festivals, studying the works of martyr Motahari, and selecting three periods of the Al-Taha Jihadist group from Qom University of Technology as the top Jihadist group in the country and province, as well as sending students on pilgrimage trips to Mashhad during their studies, are part of this university's cultural activities.
Dr. Rezaei Nour noted that the University of Technology's Innovation Center, with 12 innovative projects, is the only active innovation center in the fourth region of higher education in the country (comprising Hamadan, Markazi, Qazvin, and Qom Provinces), and added that to date, 10 patents have been registered at Qom University of Technology that need to be commercialized. Furthermore, Qom University of Technology is the first university in the country to prepare employment opportunities for students during their studies through the "Industrial Partner" plan, which allows students to enter factories in specialized teams after completing training courses, collaborating with faculty members to assess and address the industry’s problems and deficiencies.
He added: Among other honors of Qom University of Technology is that we are providing services to students around the clock, and in this regard, all staff members are multi-tasking. Our program and goal is that through the tireless efforts of the officials at Qom University of Technology, within the next five years, this university will be among the top 10 industrial universities in the country.
