The President of Qom University of Technology: The dedication and effort of the staff at this university are commendable and deserving of recognition.

According to the Public Relations of the University: Coinciding with Employee Day, the staff of this university was honored. The President of Qom Industrial University stated that the advancement of this university is not possible without the empathy and cooperation of its staff.
At this ceremony, Dr. Rezai Noor, President of Qom Industrial University, congratulated everyone on Government Week and Employee Day, acknowledging the vital role of the staff in advancing the university's goals, and added: "In the past year, we have witnessed many positive changes at the university that would not have been possible without the dedication and effort of the staff."
He continued: "The renovation of 5,000 square meters of Qom Industrial University has created significant transformation within the institution. Repairs and beautification covering 4,000 square meters have introduced a new appearance to the university. Additionally, the university’s entry into the club of electronic universities and the implementation of all university operations through administrative automation and electronic service desks, alongside the opening of a club for empowering startups, are among the advancements made by this university in recent months."
Dr. Rezai Noor, while expressing gratitude for the efforts of all staff, emphasized that the foundation of growth for any organization lies in its human resources and added: "I hope that under the shadow of the solidarity and cooperation of each and every one of you, we will witness the continuous progress of Qom Industrial University."
Furthermore, Dr. Marjani, the Administrative and Financial Deputy of Qom Industrial University, congratulated everyone on Employee Day and discussed the actions taken within this division for the well-being of the staff. He noted: "The integrated system for issuing orders, organizing in-service training courses for staff, obtaining employee IDs, processing salaries through the central bank, and converting the employment status of eligible staff from fixed-term to contractual are among the measures implemented in the Administrative and Financial Division for the welfare and advancement of employees."
The program included a Q&A session with the university's board of directors, a comedy contest, a commemorative photo session, and other segments of this event.
