According to the public relations report of the university, based on the Farnama system (the monitoring system for cultural activities in the country's universities) of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Qom University of Technology has achieved remarkable rankings in the implementation of cultural programs. In this regard, Mr. Ali Moradi, the cultural and social manager of the university, stated: "Considering the sacred status of the city of Qom, which is the land of the family of Muhammad (PBUH) and is regarded as the religious and spiritual capital of the world, as well as the emphatic directives of the Supreme Leader regarding the enhancement of cultural programs among the youth, particularly students, numerous, diverse, and targeted cultural programs are held at Qom University of Technology." He added: "Cultural programs at Qom University of Technology are engineered, meaning they include planning, execution, evaluation, and action. For this reason, the cultural programs of this university are more impactful and are planned and executed based on the needs of the audience." Mr. Moradi pointed to the establishment of the Farnama system within the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, stating: "This year, in order to closely monitor cultural programs in the country’s universities, the Farnama system has been established, where all cultural and social programs held in universities are registered in this system." He mentioned: "According to the Farnama system, from the beginning of Farvardin to the end of Azar this year, 407 cultural programs have been registered at Qom University of Technology, with 4.25% related to reasoning advancements, 1.81% comprising educational programs, 9.16% aimed at enhancing the understanding of university communities, 21.8% focused on the promotion of academic ethics, 3.33% consisting of revolutionary activities, and 54.21% involving innovative programs, among others." The cultural and social manager of Qom University of Technology stated: "Among 102 universities in the country, Qom University of Technology ranks third in the per capita cultural activities index (ratio of students to total programs executed) and fourth in the total number of programs executed, as well as fourth in the ratio of cultural expenses to the number of students. Therefore, the implementation of the management style of cultural programs at Qom University of Technology could serve as a model for other universities in the country." He continued: "This success is the result of the solidarity and cooperation of all faculty members, staff, and students. For instance, in the execution of cultural programs, everyone comes together spontaneously. In organizing university booths for various occasions, both in Karbala and at the holy shrine of Hazrat Fatimah (PBUH), faculty members, staff, and students are present to provide services. A crucial and noteworthy aspect is the continuous presence and support of Dr. Rezaei Noor, the president of the university, and Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Dr. Ghorbani Mobin, the head of the representative office of the Supreme Leader in the university's cultural programs. These two individuals are pioneers in executing cultural programs, thereby inspiring others to participate and engage as well. Additionally, the collaboration and solidarity of the cultural body of the university, including the faculty mobilization, students and staff, the Islamic Student Community, student scientific associations, cultural centers, and the Islamic lifestyle counseling center, the student guild council, and faculty discussions in planning and executing this vast array of cultural activities is commendable. I extend my utmost gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of these individuals.
