According to the Public Relations Office of the University: As part of the arrangements made to establish direct communication between the officials of Qom University of Technology and students, and to expedite the resolution of their issues, Dr. Rezai Noor, the President of Qom University of Technology, and his accompanying delegation visited the Shahid Hajji male student dormitory without prior coordination.

During this visit, Dr. Rezai Noor, while inspecting the dormitory, held a meeting to be informed of the students' problems, suggestions, criticisms, and viewpoints.
Additionally, the students thanked Dr. Rezai Noor for the changes made at the university, including the construction of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Faculty and the establishment of the Shahid Shahriari Sports Hall, and they requested the separation of the dormitory prayer room from the study hall.
The students raised issues such as reduced water pressure on the lower floors, internet disruptions, lack of sports facilities, and overcrowding of rooms due to many students living in one room.
Furthermore, the students expressed their opinions regarding welfare and service matters at the university. High traffic of students in the main corridor of the university, lack of transportation services during the morning shift, overcrowding in the study hall for both female and male students, shortage of faculty members in the Energy Engineering department, delays by education officials in responding to students, absence of an overpass at the university's entrance, inadequate sports facilities on campus, and issues with the dining services were among the points raised during Dr. Rezai Noor's visit to the Shahid Hajji male student dormitory.
Dr. Rezai Noor, while thanking the students for their sincere cooperation, announced the efforts and comprehensive follow-up by the officials to resolve the mentioned deficiencies and problems.
It is worth noting that this visit concluded with the performance of congregational prayer.
