According to the university's public relations report, during this meeting, one of the executive committee members first presented the actions and follow-ups regarding the conversion of the contract staff's status to determined work contracts.
Continuing this session, the executive committee officials explained the legal barriers and limitations in detail, stating that the university's support for contract staff, especially in terms of welfare issues, is unparalleled given the existing conditions and laws across the country's universities, and they answered the questions and inquiries raised by the attendees at the end.
