This plan will commence in the new academic year in collaboration with the Engineering Mobilization Organization of the province, the Student Mobilization Organization of the province, scientific student associations, and the student mobilization group of Qom Industrial University.
The Industry Helper plan consists of 3 groups:
1- Industry Monitoring Group: This group consists of 3 teams of 5 students from the 5th semester who, based on specific guidelines and checklists, are responsible for examining several factories. They will collect information during field visits and interviews with managers about their problems and development plans, which will then be submitted to the Industry Helper Management in the form of industrial projects.
2- Designated Group: This group will include specialized teams in 8 areas to support the monitoring groups. After identifying a problem or area for industrial development, they will enter the factory and company to provide services. This includes water audits, electrical audits, energy audits, technical robotics and automation, administrative planning and automation, marketing, innovation, and continuous monitoring (online monitoring).
3- Skills Group: Utilizing the laboratory and workshop capacities of the university for industrial activities - working groups: machining, welding, sheet metal work, machine construction, and consulting groups: business consulting (FP, BP), entrepreneurship consulting.
Registration has begun, and after the registration deadline, students will undergo MBTI (personality assessment) tests and will start their activities under the supervision of one of the faculty members in various groups.
The advantages of this plan for students include the issuance of valid certificates, recognition of active Basiji service, replacement of internship credits, familiarization with the industries of the province, and benefiting from industrial resumes.
