After scanning all the aforementioned items and completing the relevant forms, please visit the address below to complete your online registration.
Note 1: To log into the online registration system, the username is the student’s national ID and password is the applicant's identification code.
Note 2: The national ID must be entered entirely and as a 10-digit number without hyphens or spaces (if the applicant's national ID starts with zero, it may not be necessary to include the leading zero when entering the national ID).
After logging into the online registration system, complete all registration steps thoroughly, upload all relevant forms in your section, and finally click the "final submit" button and print your information.
After final submission and registration, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided by the applicant.
Subsequently, in the following days, university staff will review the information submitted by the applicants. If confirmed, an SMS containing the acceptance of online registration along with the student number will be sent to the student's mobile. If the application is rejected, an SMS detailing the deficiencies in the file or rejection will be sent to the applicant, in which case the applicant must revisit the online registration link to complete and resubmit their application.
Attention: In very rare cases, students may not receive an SMS regarding the confirmation or non-confirmation of online registration, or the student number. In such cases, the student can visit the registration link to check the confirmation status of their application.
Dear students, if your online registration is confirmed and the student number is sent to you via SMS, you can access the student portal with your student number and national ID to apply for dormitory registration. Please note that this request serves as a pre-registration, and during the in-person registration when students visit the university, the conditions and priorities of the applicants will determine the status of their dormitory registration.
How to Register for Dormitory Matters:
1- Visit the university’s website
2- Access the student portal at https://erp.qut.ac.ir
3- Select the Dormitory Department
4- Choose the dormitory membership option
5- Complete the required forms, and after finishing each form, click the submit button until all forms are finalized, and finally select the request submission button.
The dormitory fee for one academic term is 600,000 tomans.
The dormitory deposit fee for all students is 100,000 tomans (please note that this fee is only paid once during the student's studies and will be refunded at the end of their studies).
All male students must submit their requests for exemption from military service after their online registration has been approved and they have received their student number via SMS.
How to Submit a Request for Exemption from Military Service:
1- Visit the university's website
2- Access the student portal at https://erp.qut.ac.ir

The above steps must all be completed before in-person registration; therefore, it is requested that you complete your online registration carefully and thoroughly in the early days of (online registration) so that university staff have enough time to review the registration status of the applicants. In this case, students can receive their student numbers sooner and register for dormitory and military service exemption, thus avoiding any problems or deficiencies during in-person registration.

Phase Two - In-Person Registration:
Dear students, please note that all educational documents along with the birth certificate and national ID card that were scanned and uploaded during online registration must be brought in original along with 4 photocopies during in-person registration. Additionally, the original uploaded forms and 12 pieces of 4*3 photos with a white background must also be included. In-person registration will take place exclusively during the specified time below. Failure to register in person will be considered as the applicant's withdrawal.
