Schedule for the Registration of Accepted Candidates for Master's Degree in the Year 2016

Registration Announcement for Accepted Candidates of the Master's Program at Qom University of Technology 
Congratulations on your admission to the Master's program at Qom University of Technology. Wishing you success, we inform you that registration will be conducted in two formats: online and in-person, according to the schedule detailed below:

 A- Online Registration: Access to the system is available through the address https://erp.qut.ac.ir/stdnew.

1-      The username, national ID of the accepted individual, and the password, should be their identification number.

It is important to note that the national ID must be entered in full (a ten-digit number), without spaces and taking into account any leading zeros.

2-      Required documents for online registration include:

A- Scan of the Bachelor's degree

B- Scan of all pages of the identification card and national ID

C- Scan of a quality 4×3 full-faced photo

D- Scan of military service status document

E- Commitment form for free education for day students

Please refer to the registration instructions for accepted candidates (attached file) for further details, and the necessary forms will be uploaded under the document scanning section.

Note: If the accepted candidate has specific acceptance conditions, they should attach the relevant forms to the file upload section.

B- In-Person Registration: After online registration, original documents listed below must be provided for verification and final confirmation of registration on the scheduled in-person registration day (as per the announced schedule).

1- Original identification card and national ID with three copies of all pages

2- 12 pieces of a 4×3 full-faced photo with a white background

3- Original military service completion card and two copies of it

4- Original certificate verified by the university or higher education institution where the Bachelor's degree was obtained, for those candidates who, per the provisions of the regulations for continuation of study, have ranked first in their undergraduate course as approved in the meeting on 7/15/1393 of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology’s Talent Guidance Council (according to attached form 13)

Note: After online registration and final confirmation by the education office, log into the portal, then in the administrative automation section and in the request forms menu, click on other requests and complete the relevant forms as detailed below.

Master's male students who are requesting educational exemption must complete the educational exemption request form in the electronic request section and include it in their registration documents for review.

Students who have permanent exemption or discharge cards must scan the original documents and include them in their registration documents.

Students who are currently serving must visit the university's military service office with the original registration documents after online registration to obtain an introduction letter for their service unit for release purposes.

Note: Students seeking dormitory accommodation can submit their requests via the student portal or by visiting the dormitory administration officer. The dormitory administration will verify the request form, and if there is availability, they will proceed with confirming the registration. Therefore, students whose requests have been approved are required to deposit the dormitory fees by Saturday, 95/06/27. Otherwise, after this date, the dormitory administration will not bear any responsibility for providing accommodation.

Note: Students are only allowed to deposit dormitory fees if their requests have been approved. Therefore, prior to making any payment, please ensure the approval or denial of your request. Moreover, the dormitory fee for the current semester will be announced through a notification on the university's website.
