Announcement of the Finalists for the Volleyball Championship of Student Athletes in Region 4 of the Country Hosted by Qom University of Technology

According to the public relations report, the finalist team of the regional student volleyball championship (region 4) has been announced. The championship matches for student volleyball in region 4 commenced on Tuesday, January 1, with the participation of 8 teams, hosted by Qom. In the first semifinal match, the University of Tolou Mehr Qom defeated the University of Qom in a close game, scoring 2 to 1, and advanced to the finals. In the second semifinal encounter, Imam Khomeini University (RA) of Qazvin also triumphed over the University of Qom with a score of 2 to 1, thus becoming a finalist. Given that this tournament concluded with the finals and ranking matches, the eight participating teams faced each other in preliminary rounds. The preliminary rounds were held in 2 groups of 4 teams each, with the top 2 teams from each group progressing to the semifinals. In the competition between the Tolou Mehr and Qazvin teams, Tolou Mehr secured victory, claiming the championship of this tournament, which will qualify them for the final rounds of the national student volleyball competition. The Qazvin and Qom teams secured the second and third positions, respectively. It is worth mentioning that these competitions took place in the Shahid Ali Akbari sports hall in Qom, with the University of Qom serving as the main host of the event. Other participating universities included Tolou Mehr Qom, Qom University, Shahab Danesh, Tafresh, Arak, Hamadan University of Technology, and Bu Ali Sina University of Hamadan.
