Announcement of Student Loan for the Second Semester of 2019-2020

Registration time for loans and document submission    98/11/16   to   98/12/03

Dear students:

To register on the Welfare Fund Students website at the main address www.swf.ir or in the student portal section of the Welfare Fund website at bp.swf.ir, please visit.

Group 1: Students who are applying for a loan for the first time and do not have a file in the student portal of the Welfare Fund should follow the instructions below to register and submit the loan application.

1- Visit the Welfare Fund Students website – Student Portal (bp.swf.ir)

2- Create a file and complete the identifying and educational information by the applicant.
3- Visit the university's student affairs office (Welfare Department) and submit a notarized commitment document and bank account number of Tejarat Bank in the student’s name and obtain student affairs approval (Welfare Department) for the loan application. (It should be noted that providing Tejarat Bank account number is only necessary for daily students).
4- Visit the student portal of the Welfare Fund and enter the national code in the username and password fields.
5- In the loan application section, select the desired loan. Please note that the loan application will be finalized upon allocation of funds and after approval from the university's Welfare Department.
6- It should be noted that the documents for any type of loan must be submitted in person to the university's student affairs office (Welfare Department) by the specified date.

Group 2:  Students who have previously received loans and have a file in phase two of the comprehensive automation of the Welfare Fund through the student portal at (bp.swf.ir) should submit loan applications within the specified timeframe.

Important Notes:

1- The deadline for loan applications is non-extendable, and applicants must register, create a file, and submit the loan application within the specified period.
2- It is essential that the notarized commitment document is supported by a valid guarantor (official employee or government contractor) along with a copy of the latest appointment order and pay slip of the guarantor, and a copy of the birth certificate and national ID card and student card, to be submitted in person to the student affairs office (Welfare Department) at the university.
Note: Guarantees from retirees are acceptable if the last retirement order and a certificate of salary deduction addressed to the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology are provided.
3- Clearing accounts with the university for the previous degree and resolving issues related to the applicant's welfare file in the comprehensive welfare fund system must be completed by the university's Welfare Department before loan registration.

4- Clearly, applications submitted outside the mentioned period will not be considered.

5- Applicants can obtain the notarized commitment form and draft certificate of salary deduction for retiree guarantee from the university's website and also visit the student affairs office at the university.

6- If more guidance is required, please contact the university's student affairs office at extension 170 (Ms. Sohanian).

1)  Emergency loans will be reviewed with the presentation of the purchase invoice for educational items.
2) Pilgrimage loan: Individuals who are traveling through the Holy Shrines Headquarters must provide a letter of introduction from the university's Holy Shrines Headquarters, along with a request form stamped by the Student Affairs Office and the Holy Shrines Headquarters, and a passport stamped for exiting the country. For students traveling freely, submission of the pilgrimage loan application form and a passport stamped for exiting the country is mandatory.

3)  Requests for married students' housing deposits will be reviewed if a rental agreement with a tracking code is provided.
