Notice Number 1 for Student Loan for the Second Semester of 1400-1399 Qom Industrial University
Registration time for loans and submission of documents to Student Affairs and registering loan requests on the Welfare Fund website from 11/20/99 to 02/10/1400
(The first round of requests sent to the Welfare Fund includes requests that have been registered in the system by 12/20/1399 and are free of defects)
"The loan payment process for students in full-time, second-shift, and tuition-paying courses from the time of loan request in the student portal until the transfer to the account of the student and the university"
A(Student action in the Welfare Fund student portal :
1-1 Newly enrolled student with no file in the comprehensive system of the fund:
2-1-1 Enter the national ID and date of birth and select the search button
3-1-1 Enter citizenship, place of issuance, educational center, field of study, course type, level, year of admission, semester of admission, student ID, landline and mobile phone, and receive a validation code via SMS to the mobile phone and select save
4-1-1 If the student is approved by the university as a student of that university, the student, by re-entering the student portal and entering the username and password, requests a loan.
1-1-2 Enter the username and password (which is the same as the student’s national ID without dashes.)
2-1-2 If the previous level of study has been determined (issuance of booklet or settlement), enter the student information section and select registration of the new level of study.
3-1-2 A new window opens showing the previous and determined level, and the student must select the request to create a new level of study.
4-1-2 Enter citizenship, place of issuance, educational center, field of study, course type, level, year of admission, semester of admission, student ID, landline and mobile phone, and receive a validation code via SMS to the mobile phone and select save
5-1-2 If the student is approved by the university as a student of that university, the student, by re-entering the student portal and entering the username and password, requests a loan.
1-1-3 Log in to the student portal with the username and password (which is the same as the student’s national ID without dashes)
2-1-3 Submit loan request
Original and copy of birth certificate and national ID,
Notarized commitment document* and employment decree of the guarantor(s) and certificate of salary deduction (addressed to the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology for the specified amount according to Article 11 of the Student Loan Payment and Repayment Regulation)
Marriage certificate, rental agreement with tracking code,
Active bank account in the name of the student (for full-time students)
Student ID card
Note 1: Students must register in the student portal from 8 AM to 4 PM, considering the technical limitations.
Note 2: The username for all students is their national ID in a 10-digit numerical format without any spaces.
Note 3: The password for old students is the same as the previous password, and for new students, it is the 10-digit national ID in numerical format without any spaces.
*Students who have not yet formed a loan file must prepare their notarized commitment document according to the new commitment document form in a public notary office. (It is essential to confirm the conditions of the guarantor(s) by contacting the relevant expert at the university before preparing the guarantee document.)
Note 1: Students who have submitted a notarized commitment document in previous levels must submit a new commitment document and certificate of salary deduction according to the conditions specified in Article 11 of the relevant regulation.

* The student can exclusively use one event per semester. * Each event may only be used once during their entire program of study. * The marriage event can be taken only once during all levels of education and maximum up to 18 months after the date of marriage only during the period of study. * If documents are presented with amounts greater than the established maximum for urgent loan events, the amount paid to students will not exceed the higher amount documented, and if the requested amount is less than the ceiling of each event, the loan will be paid according to the amount set in the submitted documents. * The deadline for submitting documents, financial and medical papers for receiving events related to special cases, emergencies, and natural disasters, and for outstanding, national exemplary, innovative, and athletic champion students is valid for a maximum of 9 months after the occurrence of the event and for students in special categories for up to 6 months after receiving assistance, solely valid during the student’s study period. |
