Announcement No. 1 for Student Loans - First Semester 1402-1401 Qom Industrial University

Registration time for loans and submission of documents to the facilities department at the university is from 21/7/1401 to 16/09/1401
The time for applying for urgent loans is from 21/8/1401 to 16/09/1401

Steps to apply for a loan and create a file  :

  • Log in to the student portal via the address bp.swf.ir
  • Actions for students admitted in the academic year 1401 and for students admitted in previous years who are applying for the first time for a loan:

A:  Pre-registration in the Welfare Fund system and taking action for preparing and submitting documents for file creation (according to section 5) to the university's facilities department.

B:  If the documents are correct and complete, the student's registration will be confirmed by the university, and the student can log in again to the student portal (https://bp.swf.ir) using their username and national ID password to submit their loan application.

  • Students admitted newly who have a loan file in the comprehensive Welfare Fund system in previous levels :

A: After logging into the student portal, proceed to create a new level and register on the fund's website.

B:  If an installment booklet for loans obtained in the previous level has been issued, go to the student information section and create the new level of education.

C:  Contact the university's Welfare Department to follow up on confirming the registration and creating access to submit a loan application in the new level (it is essential for the guarantor's guarantee documents to be checked and approved by the relevant expert)

  • Students with a file in the comprehensive Welfare Fund system in the current level of education if the documents and the sufficiency of the guarantor are valid can log in to the student portal to submit the loan application .
  • Required documents to be submitted to the Welfare Department of the university to form a loan file for the student:

A:  Submission of the original commitment document of thestudent, registered at oneof the notary offices in thecountry

Conditions for the guarantor or guarantors: Official or contractual government employees, government contract workers with 5 years of service and having an employee identification code, and pensioners.

(To learn about the conditions and documents for guarantors, please refer to articles 11 and 12 of the regulations regarding the payment and repayment of student loans.)

B: Submission of a bank account number of the student applying for the student loan (especially for daily students)

 C: Submission of a salary deduction certificate addressed to "Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology" in the amount of 300,000,000 rials (for obtaining a loan up to 30 million tomans) and 600,000,000 rials (for obtaining a loan over 30 million tomans)

Note: Due to the ongoing economic conditions arising from the COVID-19 pandemic and in assistance to students, providing a salary deduction certificate from guarantors is not mandatory this semester.

D:  A copy of the latest employment contract of the guarantor(s)

E:  Copy of the national ID card and student card of the student

F:  Submission of specific documents and evidence for each of the selected loans

Note: It is essential that the student's commitment document be drafted in accordance with the previous announced by the Welfare Fund at one of the notary offices precisely and legibly and be registered. It is evident that in case of discrepancy between the presented commitment document and the contents of the announced document, the commitment document must be redrafted to obtain the loan. It is suggested that respected students communicate with the university to discuss the employment conditions of the guarantor(s) with the relevant expert and if approved, to proceed with drafting the document and obtaining the salary deduction certificate.

Note: The beneficiary of this document is solely the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and its details cannot be changed.
