Announcement for the Registration of Accepted Candidates for Master's Degree

Admission Announcement for Accepted Graduate Students at Qom University of Technology
Congratulations on your admission to the Master's program at Qom University of Technology. We wish you success and would like to inform you that registration will be conducted online as follows:
1- Online registration will take place on Tuesday, September 10, 2014, and Wednesday, September 11, 2014, through the website http://erp.qut.ac.ir/ in the login section of the system.
2- Username: National ID of the accepted student, and password: Birth certificate number.
Note: Please enter the National ID in full (10 digits) without spaces and include any leading zeros.
3- Required documents for online registration include:
a) Scanned copy of the Bachelor's degree
b) Scanned copies of all pages of the birth certificate and National ID
c) Scanned passport-sized photo (4*3) in high quality
d) Scanned copy of military service status document
e) Commitment form for free education for full-time students
These documents should be uploaded as per the registration instructions for accepted students (attached file) in the document upload section.
Note: If the accepted student has certain special conditions, please upload the relevant forms in the file attachment section.
4- After completing online registration, the original documents must be submitted for verification and final approval of the registration at the beginning of the academic year to the Graduate Studies Department.
Note: After online registration and final confirmation from the education department, log into the portal, and in the Administrative Automation section, click on the Requests Menu, and then click on Other Requests to complete the relevant forms as described below.
Male graduate students applying for educational exemption should complete the educational exemption request form in the electronic request section and include it in their registration documents for review.
Students with permanent exemptions or military service discharge cards must scan the original document and include it in their registration documents.
Students currently serving must visit the University's military service department with their original registration documents after online registration to receive a referral letter to their service unit for discharge.
Note: Students requesting dormitory accommodation should complete the preliminary dormitory registration form. The Dormitory Affairs Department will approve registration if there is capacity after reviewing the request form. Therefore, students whose applications have been approved are required to pay the dormitory fee by Tuesday, September 9, 2014, and submit the payment receipt along with the dormitory introduction form (available on the university's website in the dormitory affairs section) to the Dormitory Affairs Department. Otherwise, after the specified date, the Dormitory Affairs Department will not be responsible for providing accommodation.
Reminder: Only students whose applications have been approved are permitted to pay the dormitory fee, so ensure to confirm or reject your request before making payment. Additionally, the dormitory fee for the current semester will be announced via a notification on the university website.
