While extending congratulations on your acceptance into the Bachelor's program at Qom University of Technology and wishing you success, please be informed that registration will occur in two stages: online and in-person (submission of original documents). It is kindly requested that you carefully read the following items before taking any action to access the relevant websites.
A- Online Registration:Honorable candidates can complete their registration according to the schedule provided below by visiting the online registration system at the address

After completing the registration, the status of the accepted applicants will be reviewed by the university’s experts, and upon approval, a student number will be assigned and sent via SMS to the mobile number provided during registration. Additionally, accepted applicants can check the latest status of their registration by logging back into the system.
Please note that if there are any deficiencies in the documents or discrepancies with the information received from the Assessment Organization, the registration will not be approved.Once the final registration is approved by the university, accepted students can log into the student portal at
https://erp.qut.ac.ir/ on 31/06/1396 to view the weekly course schedule provided by the university and visit the university starting from 01/07/1396 to attend classes (the student number serves as the username, and the national ID number serves as the password to access the student portal).

Note 1: To log into the registration system, the username and password are the national ID and the individual's identification number, respectively. Please note that the national ID must be entered completely (a ten-digit number) without any spacing and including leading zeros.

Note: If the accepted candidate has specific admission conditions, he/she should attach the related forms in the file attachment section.
B- In-Person Registration (Submission of Documents):Accepted candidates are required to submit their original documents to the education expert of the relevant faculty for the purpose of document verification and final registration approval between 04/07/1396 and 16/07/1396. The following documents are required:
o Original diploma certificate for the three-year high school and pre-university courses along with two photocopies of the documents
o Original academic transcript from the three-year high school and pre-university courses along with two photocopies of the grades
o Original birth certificate along with three photocopies of all pages of the birth certificate
o Original national ID card along with three photocopies of both sides of the national ID card
o Original military service completion card or exemption along with two photocopies of both sides of the military service completion card (all accepted conscript students must present the original completed exemption request form along with a complete set of copies of their birth certificate, national ID card, three-year high school diploma, and pre-university diploma to the student services office from 04/07/1396 to 12/07/1396)
o A 4*3 cm photo with a white background
o Original copies of all required completed forms for the accepted candidates
o Original personal information form
o Academic confirmation receipt (all accepted candidates must visit public services offices with their pre-university certificates to request an academic confirmation receipt from the local education administration and provide the relevant receipt at the time of registration)
Please note that the responsibility for any consequences resulting from failure to present the above documents within the designated timeframe and any issues or discrepancies lies with the student, and disciplinary actions will be taken according to laws and regulations C- Dormitory Registration:Accepted candidates requesting accommodation in the self-catering dormitory can log into their portal after receiving their student number and request to join the dormitory via the dormitory affairs section. Given the limited capacity of the dormitory, accommodation will be allocated after prioritization.
Clarifications:
1- The accommodation fee for one academic term is 5,000,000 rials.
2- An additional deposit of 1,000,000 rials will also be paid by the student besides the accommodation fee.
3- Due to sleeping arrangement limitations, dormitory affairs will allocate accommodation after reviewing and prioritizing requests, and this will be communicated via the student portal and university website no later than 01/07/1396. Therefore, submitting a request does not guarantee the allocation of a dormitory.
D- Nutrition Registration:Accepted candidates may use the nutrition system temporarily from 01/07/1396 to a maximum of 20/07/1396 using their student number as the username and their national ID number as the password at the nutrition system address
https://dining.qut.ac.ir/ to reserve student meals.
It should be noted that reservations for the upcoming week can be made until Wednesday at 14:00 each week. Additionally, dormitory students should visit the nutrition office to activate canteen number 2 (dormitory canteen) after receiving their dormitory cards.
E- Attention to students from the esteemed families of martyrs and veterans:Students who meet the following conditions should apply for veterans' benefits:
- Veterans with 25% or more disability
- Released prisoners
- Spouses and children (martyrs, evergreen, released prisoners, veterans with 25% or more disability)
- Veteran with at least 15% disability and three months of volunteer experience on the front lines
- Combatants with at least six months of volunteer experience on the front lines
Students meeting the above criteria must carry out the following steps:
A) Upload the image of the following documents in the disability document scanning section during online registration:
- All disability-related documents such as disability cards, veteran status, and release cards, etc.
