Announcement for the Registration of Accepted Students for Completing the Capacity of Master’s Degree at Qom University of Technology
Congratulations on your admission to the Master’s degree program at Qom University of Technology, and we wish you success. Please be informed that the registration will be conducted online as follows:
1- Online registration will take place from Sunday, November 9, 2014, to Saturday, November 15, 2014, through the following address:
http://erp.qut.ac.ir/ in the system login section.
2- Username: the accepted individual’s national ID number, and Password: the birth certificate number.
Note: Please enter the national ID number completely (10 digits) without any spaces and disregarding leading zeros.
3- Required documents for online registration include:
a) Scan of the bachelor’s degree certificate
b) Scan of all pages of the birth certificate and national ID card
c) Scan of a 4x3 portrait photo with good quality
d) Scan of the military service status certificate for accepted male applicants
e) Free education commitment form for full-time students
As per the guidelines for the registration of accepted students (
attached file), these documents should be uploaded in the scan document section.
Note: If the accepted student has special admission conditions, they must attach the relevant forms in the file attachment section.
4- After completing online registration, the original documents must be presented to the Graduate Studies Office at a date that will be announced later for verification and final approval of registration.
Attention: After online registration and final approval from the Educational Affairs section, please log into the portal, navigate to the Administrative Automation section, and under the Request Forms menu, click on Other Requests and complete the relevant forms as described below.
Male Master's students requesting educational exemption should complete the electronic request form for educational exemption and include it in their registration documents for review.
Students who have permanent exemption or military service completion cards should scan the original document and include it in their registration documents.
Students who are currently serving must visit the university's military service office with their original registration documents after online registration to receive a letter of introduction to their service unit for release.
