Announcement of Enrollment for New Students: Errors in Major Selection at the Bachelor's Level

While extending congratulations and wishing success to the students accepted in the 1400 undergraduate entrance exam, it is announced that the registration of new students at Qom University of Technology will take place in two stages: students are required to complete both stages of registration.

  • Non-attendance registration electronically
  • Sending documents via express mail by the student

Therefore, please ensure that all mentioned matters below are completed and follow the registration process until results are achieved.

(It is emphasized that registration will be completely non-attendance and there is no need for the student's presence.)

Before entering the Qom University of Technology website for registration, please scan all items mentioned below (as these items will be required for uploading during registration).

  • Copy of national ID card (front and back)
  • Copy of all pages of the birth certificate
  • Copy of a 4*3 photo with a white background (size 263*649 or smaller, where the file size is around 25 kilobytes)
  • Visit the "Certificate of Academic Documents from the Ministry of Education" portal at the address

By selecting the "Graduation Records" option, request the sending of the graduation transcript and the certificate of places of study for the last three years of high school to the university of admission. After submitting the information and paying the fee, you will receive a tracking code and payment confirmation. This tracking code must be entered in the sixth stage of online registration.

  • Original copy of the computer transcript of the diploma and pre-university or high school diploma (if you received your certificate physically from your high school, otherwise it is not required.)

  • Assessment forms to be filled out as necessary and uploaded (You can receive assessment forms from this section ................. Note 1: To log into the online registration system (from the main page of the Qom University of Technology website), the username is the student's national ID number and the password is the applicant's identity card number.

Note 2: The national ID must be entered fully and as a 10-digit number without hyphens or spaces (if the applicant's national ID starts with a zero, it may not be necessary to enter the leading zero for site access; therefore, try entering both with and without the leading zero).

 

After logging into the online registration system, complete the registration steps thoroughly and upload all relevant forms (that you have previously scanned and have been referenced above) in the respective sections. Finally, at the end of the online registration section, click the submit and send documents option.

 

After submitting your online registration, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number entered by the student. (only if your SMS advertising system is activated).

Subsequently, in the following days, the esteemed education experts of the university will review the information sent by the applicants, and if the registration request of the student is approved, an SMS confirming the online registration containing the student number will be sent to the student's mobile. In case of denial, an SMS containing a deficiency message in the file or the rejection of the request will be sent to the applicant (also, your deficiencies will be noted on the last page of the online registration). In this instance, the applicant must re-visit the online registration link, complete their deficiencies, and resubmit. (It should be noted that due to the high volume of work by the university education office and the increase in new students, the approval of the request for their online registration may take up to two working days, so the student can view the status of their request from the same online registration link).

Students who have not received a student number can view their student number in the online registration link after their request is approved by the university. Therefore, respected applicants should not worry about not receiving the SMS.

 

Stage two of registration: Sending documents via express mail by the student

The student is obliged to send the original documents listed below via express mail from 20/08/1400 to 20/10/1400 to the university.

  • Three pieces of 4*3 photos taken this year (labeled on the back) (mandatory)
  • Original diploma and pre-university or high school diploma (if holding a form)
  • Temporary diploma certificate and certificate of pre-university or high school diploma (mandatory)
  • Original transcript of diploma and pre-university or high school diploma (mandatory)

It should be noted that if the above documents are not sent, registration will not be finalized.

 

The start date of classes for undergraduate students entering in 1400 is from Sunday, 17/07/1400. Therefore, all dear students should log into the university's virtual education system using their username student number and password national ID (try with the leading zero or two leading zeros) to attend classes through this system. If you have problems logging into the virtual system, you can contact the university at extension 217 to resolve your issue.

Important Notice: The university will complete the course selections for new students. Therefore, students should compare their selected courses in the student portal (ERP system) with those in the virtual education system, and if a course is missing in the virtual education system, they must contact Mr. Mousavi at extension 217 to ensure the course is added (in the virtual system).

 

  All male students must definitely refer to the link below in the Beh messenger for military affairs. If military affairs are not completed, their registration will be canceled.

It is noteworthy that the issuance of student IDs will subsequently be announced via the official university channel in the internal messenger "Beh" or contact extension 125 of the university.
