This is to inform that the system for the transfer of "Witness" and "Martyr" students will be active from Tuesday, July 17, 2016, to September 1, 2016, and is ready for the registration of applications from "Witness" and "Martyr" students seeking hospitality. It is worth mentioning that the General Office for "Witness" and "Martyr" students is unable to accept requests outside of the system. Additionally, considering that the primary capacity is meant for newly admitted students, decisions regarding students from previous years will be made after addressing the situation of new students and within the remaining capacity of 5%, taking into account the following criteria:
- Students who had a transfer decree last year on the condition of no academic probation for two semesters, if they are placed on academic probation for two semesters at their destination, must return to their original university. However, if they have been placed on probation for only one semester, they can register for an extension of their hospitality.
- Student registration will be conducted based on the following priority:
- 1. Female children of "Witness" 2. Male children of "Witness" 3. Disabled veterans (50% and higher) and former prisoners of war 4. Spouses of martyrs 5. Disabled veterans (25% to 49%)
6. Spouses of disabled veterans (50% and higher) and former prisoners of war 7. Female children of disabled veterans (50% and higher) and former prisoners of war 8. Male children of disabled veterans (50% and higher) and former prisoners of war 9. Spouses of disabled veterans (25% to 49%) 10. Female children of disabled veterans (25% to 49%) 11. Male children of disabled veterans (25% to 49%)
